Fees
Pricing for vendor invoice verification depends on volume, document format, and how tightly you need the work timed to a payment run or close.
How we price
Most work is quote-based. After a short intake call or written brief, we propose either a fixed project fee or a day-rate estimate with a capped range. There is no subscription and no monthly software charge — you pay for the engagement you commission.
Indicative starting points
| Engagement | Typical basis | Indicative starting range (HKD) |
|---|---|---|
| Vendor invoice verification (focused sample, up to ~80 invoices) | Fixed project | From 28,000 |
| Vendor invoice verification (broader population) | Fixed or day rate | Quoted after extract review |
| AP cut-off review (single period) | Fixed close package | From 22,000 |
| Vendor master integrity check | Fixed by vendor-count band | From 18,000 |
Figures are guidance for planning conversations, not published offers that bind either party. Complex paper archives, multi-entity groups, or urgent turnaround within five working days adjust the fee upward.
What changes the estimate
- Number of invoices and distinct vendors in the period
- Whether POs and goods receipts are available electronically
- Need for bilingual document reading (English / Chinese)
- On-site attendance versus secure file transfer
- Whether a draft must land before a named payment date
Deposits
For engagements above HKD 40,000 we usually request a 30% deposit to reserve the review window. The balance is due on delivery of the final exception report.
What is not included
Statutory audit opinions, tax filings, ERP configuration, and ongoing invoice processing are outside these fees. If your enquiry is mainly about those areas, we will say so early rather than stretch the engagement.
Next step
Request a written estimate with approximate invoice count and the period you want covered. We aim to reply within two business days.
